Setting up incoming calls

  1. Click Phone numbers in the side menu.
  2. Inside Phone numbers, click Edit next to the number.
  3. Fill in all information and click Update settings to apply changes.

You can divert incoming calls to multiple users. The first user to pick up will receive the call. Incoming calls are billed based on the number that picks up first. Next to each user is a price per minute for receiving the call.

Note: You can upload mp3 files instead of typing a greeting or out of hours message.
