Call backs are a fundamental part of any outbound sales or marketing company. Getting hold of the person you need to speak to first time around can be difficult. We've made creating and managing call backs easy with a dedicated call backs section and a reminder on each user's dashboard.

Setting up appointments is just as important. Whether you create face to face appointments or simply create over the phone appointments we've got that covered. Appointments made are automatically added to the users calendar and a dedicated appointments section. The dashboard displays an overview of each users calendar so users will never miss an all important appointment.
