Auto top-up

  1. Click Settings in the side menu.
  2. Inside Settings, click Telephone credit.
  3. Tick the box next to Auto top-up.
  4. Enter your Minimum balance and Top-up amount.

The Minimum balance is how low you would like your balance to be before an auto top-up is charged.

The Top-up amount is how much you would like to auto top-up each time the balance falls below the Minimum balance.

Everytime an auto top-up is successful you will receive an email confirming the transaction.

Note: Auto top-up can only work if you have saved your card details. If an auto top-up fails due to the card being declined or the card expiring, you will receive a notification email
