Setting call backs

  1. Click Projects in the side menu.
  2. Click View next to the project row
  3. Click View next to the record row.
  4. Click the Status drop down and select Set call back.
  5. Select the date, time and user then click Set call back.

Notes: All call backs are added to the call backs section. Call backs can only be removed by the user who set the call back, their manager or admin.
