Making a call

  1. Click Projects in the side menu.
  2. Click View next to the project row
  3. Click View next to the record row.
  4. Click the Phone icon or Mobile phone icon at the top of the record.
  5. On the soft phone pad, click the Phone icon to dial out.

Your browser may ask for your permission to allow iMakeCalls to access your microphone. If so click the Allow button when promted.

When the call is placed the phone icon in the soft phone pad will turn red. To end a call press the red phone icon.

You can mute a call at anytime by pressing the Mute icon in the soft phone pad. If the Mute icon is red, this signifies the call is muted.
